CREW CARDS
Crew Cards provide a tailored solution to cater to the expense management needs of airline staff, maritime and yacht crew. Crew Cards are focused on increasing convenience for crew members, improving the audit trail and reducing administration time for the airline, cruise liner, travel agent or tour operator.
Each crew member can be provided with a prepaid card, with balances and spending limits controlled remotely via a simple, secure account management system. This reduces the administration time, cost and logistical issues associated with distributing cash expenses or collating receipts and reviewing personal card expenses. Greater visibility over expenses and real time account management allows companies to improve budgeting, record keeping and audit trails.
Crew Cards have also been specifically developed to enable our account management software to be integrated into existing staffing software. Therefore, last minute decisions on staffing and travel routes can be efficiently and immediately transferred to the account management system and the correct funds loaded on the relevant cards.
These cards are easy to use and provide additional security for the crew members, whatever their destination, as each card is Chip & PIN protected while the MasterCard® logo allows funds to be accessed at ATMs or at hotels, restaurants and shops where the MasterCard Acceptance Mark is displayed.
