Craegmoor is the country's leading independent provider of support for older people, those with learning disabilities, mental health illnesses or with complex needs. They were looking for a way to improve efficiency and reduce time and costs associated with managing separate bank accounts for petty cash for each care home.

What did CorporatePay do?

CorporatePay worked with Craegmoor to streamline cash provision to its UK care homes through its innovative Prepaid Expense Card.

Staff are now issued with cards which are preloaded with funds to cover general expenses, and other costs involved with managing the homes. The cards act as a petty cash dispersal tool and can be used to withdraw money from cash points. Transactions can be viewed centrally via CorporatePay's online system and additional funds moved onto cards as required.

The CorporatePay Expense card provides a range of benefits for Craegmoor's finance team as well as the care home staff in each location.

By replacing petty cash accounts with a prepaid card, Cragemoor's finance team have greater oversight, control and real-time visibility over expenses incurred in each care home. The online portal allows company administrators to dynamically allocate funds as required and to access balance and transaction data online, providing up-to-date intelligence and closer control over employee expenses.
