THE TEAM

Our Management team is strongly supported by CorporatePay's Investors and Board of Directors, who actively participate in the growth and development of CorporatePay, further broadening our pool of knowledge and expertise.

Charles Mindenhall, Chairman

Charles is co-founder, with Manoj Badale, of Blenheim Chalcot, an investment group that has created and actively manages a portfolio of fast growth ventures. Charles is Chairman of Agilisys, an IT outsourcing group that evolved from netdecisions, which he co-founded. He also co-founded Fluency (a voice recognition company), Eviivo (a leading travel booking platform), Steeltrace (a software tools business), the Rights Company (a media rights business), and TDX Group (the UK's leading delinquent debt specialist).

Charles is a non-executive director of Emerging Media (part owners of the Indian Premier League team, the Rajasthan Royals), and CorporatePay. Charles is a founding trustee of Operation Smile UK, and the Chairman of the Charity Technology Trust. Charles was formerly at Monitor Company, and is a graduate of the University of Oxford.

Manoj Badale, Managing Partner, Blenheim Chalcot

Manoj Badale is the co-founder of the netdecisions group, and now managing partner of Blenheim Chalcot, the investment company that actively manages a portfolio of investments, in which he and his partner have built significant stakes. Typically, these businesses are innovative leaders in fast growth markets within technology, financial services and media.

He was formerly a partner at Monitor Company, where he spent significant time in the UK, Europe and India and is a graduate from Cambridge University.

Mark Onyett, Non-Executive Director

Mark is co-founder of TDX Group and Chief Executive of TDX Ventures. Prior to starting TDX Group, he was Director of Risk for Capital One Europe, managing a 450 person strategy, analysis and operations function. Mark joined Capital One in 1996 as a founding member of the UK executive team and worked in a number of risk and operations roles in the US and the UK for Capital One. Prior to Capital One, Mark worked for a leading strategy consulting firm. He holds a MEng and MA from the University of Cambridge.

Myles Stephenson, CEO

CorporatePay was founded by Myles Stephenson. Myles has extensive experience of the payment card market including 7 years with Retail Decisions. Myles' most recent role, as Strategic Development Director, included creating the business plans, leading investments and developing a number of new businesses including Mi-Pay (a mobile payments business) and subsequently managing these investments by representing Retail Decisions as a Non-Executive Director.

Previous roles at Retail Decisions included managing the development of a portfolio of payment services including industry leading fraud prevention services and leading client relationships across retail, petroleum, financial service and travel industries.

Prior to Retail Decisions Myles worked for Marks & Spencer performing a number of financial management roles which included the financial and operational management as well as systems management for business units with turnovers in excess of £30m and more than 150 staff as well as launching the Marks & Spencer store card in The Republic of Ireland. Myles is a graduate of Christ Church, Oxford University.

Cyrus Wadia, CTO

Cyrus has over ten years experience in the payment card industry in various roles covering card issuing, acquiring, transaction processing and fraud prevention. Much of this experience involved managing complex technical operations for these areas. Cyrus also has considerable experience in managing large projects in the payments industry and in working for a major supplier of payment processing software.

Cyrus' most recent role was with Trustwave where he provided consultancy to a number of leading card processors, financial and retail organisations on implementing the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. In this position he was a Qualified Security Assessor for the PCI SSC (Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council), as well as a Visa Qualified Payment Application Security Professional.

In one of his other previous roles Cyrus managed the European IT operations for Retail Decisions, where he had operational responsibility for a transaction platform processing in excess of 220 million payment transactions per year.

Cyrus has numerous academic and professional qualifications including a MBA and is CISSP certified.
